Org Admin Guide
This guide helps you set up your organisation, invite teammates, and keep data tidy, private, and provable.
Workspaces & Roles
- Workspaces group answers, histories, and saved reports for a team or project.
- Roles
- Owner: billing, retention, and security settings.
- Admin: invite members, manage roles, configure workspace settings.
- Member: ask, save, and share within the workspace.
Best practices
- Create one workspace per project or client.
- Use tags (topic, quarter, status) so history stays searchable.
- Save important answers so you can re‑run or export receipts later.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings → Members → Invite.
- Choose role and workspace.
- Send invitation link (expires automatically).
Tips
- Start everyone as Member; grant Admin sparingly.
- Review membership quarterly.
Retention Snapshots (Plain English)
CueCrux limits how long operational data is kept. Proof artefacts (citations, hashes) are part of a provenance ledger and are not deleted; access is restricted when required.
Defaults (see Privacy for details)
- Support tickets: ~18 months.
- Logs/telemetry: ~12 months.
- Backups: ~30–90 days.
Admins can request exports of receipts and trust reports for audits. Use Public Proof Pages to share redacted proofs outside your org.
DSAR Basics (Access/Deletion Requests)
- Open the Privacy portal or email privacy@cuecrux.com.
- Provide the requester identity and scope.
- OpsCrux will track the case and confirm deletions (or explain legal exceptions).
Notes
- Signed receipts and the provenance ledger are immutable; where deletion isn’t possible, access is restricted and data is anonymised where feasible.
Common Admin Tasks
- Set the default mode to Verified for your org.
- Turn on email domain restrictions for invites.
- Review Findings status in the Trust panel before large projects.
